Grandma Tina's Spaghetti

Cook up your favorite meatballs or sausage, pour some heated Grandma Tina's Sauce over a bed of El Dente pasta & top with your meat of choice,
or just pour over pasta for a real treat without meat or fuss.

 

Veggie Sauce

Sauté up some of your favorite vegetables. Once veggies are El Dente, add Grandma Tina's Sauce, simmer until your very own veggie sauce is hot & ready to eat. Ladle finished sauce over a suiting bed of cooked pasta & serve with garlic bread.

Chicken Parmigiana

Bake or fry four boneless skinless chicken breasts in a deep pan. When chicken is fully cooked & white in the center, add Grandma Tina’s Sauce & simmer for 5 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese & cover until cheese melts. Garnish your cooked pasta with your Grandma Tina's Chicken Parmigiana, serve with garlic bread on the side & you have a full Italian Meal.

 

Italian Meat loaf

2 lb. ground beef
4 eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 jar of Grandma Tina's Spaghetti Sauce

Mix ground beef, eggs, crumbs & 1c. Grandma’s Sauce - form into a loaf. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover & top with more Grandma Tina's sauce, bake 15 minutes longer. Serve with your favorite veggies to the side, while hot.

 

Veggie Stack

Heat Grandma Tina's Sauce to boiling reduce to a simmer. Slice Egg plant, yellow squash, portabella mushroom, red onion & green pepper all in 1/2 inch thick slices.
Grill each vegetable with olive oil, stack in order and top with Grandma's Sauce. Like a Mediterranean dish, serve with beans to the side.

 

Italian Hamburger

Grill hamburgers to your own taste of perfection. When hamburgers are almost done top with a few spoonfuls of Grandma Tina's Sauce and mozzarella cheese. Spread your favorite garlic butter on a hamburger bun, grill bun butter side down. Leave on grill until cheese is melted, then stack your hamburger together & enjoy.

Romano Bow Tie Skillet

3 c. cooked & drained bow tie pasta
14 oz. Grandma Tina's Pasta Sauce
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1/2 c. grated romano cheese (divided)
Combine pasta, sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese & 2 tbs. romano cheese in a large sauce pan. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes, or until heated through. (Stirring occasionally) Sprinkle with 1/2 c. mozzarella & remaining romano cheese, cover & let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread to the side for a complete true Italian meal. For the meat lover add 1 lb. ground Italian Sausage, hamburger or 2 c. chopped chicken breast.

Grandma Tina's Sauce makes a great pizza sauce, or try it on homemade Lasagna!
